I feel like I've improved so much socially, but then I have days when I feel insecure & it's kind of difficult for me to socialize. It's so hard to get rid of negative thoughts, and I probably shouldn't be taking this so seriously, but dorming life puts a lot of pressure on me. I'm a freshman, but it's been about two months since school started. Help!
