The thing has been re-written and translated so many times over the last 2000 years, it's impossible to accredit it. Do you know how new books were made before the printing press was invented? People copied the original word-for-word by hand. The bible has been lost in translation and who's to say that the people copying it actually copied it correctly? Who's to say the copiers didn't insert their own little tidbits? Bottom line, the bible is worthless dribble.

The Bible presumably scores with a big range in these terms, some parts very poorly and others relatively highly, due to the number of authors and its age.
