Carbon dating Carbon dating is not used to date the earth, since it (1) it can only date organic material and (2) is not used to date objects older than around 50 000 years. http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/faq-age-of-earth.html Try Rubidium-Strontium, Argon-Potassium, Samarium-neodymium, Uranium-Lead dating and many more. Not that all of these converge on the exact same result. If all of these where wrong, the probability of them all converging on a single result is so astronomically small that it is for all intents and purposes impossible. Occam's razor says its most likely bullshit but theoretically its possible.
