| Maybe all the stressing you're doing is contributing to the weight gain... stop thinking that you're never going to lose weight and start being a little bit more optimistic about yourself. Things should get easier. |

| Limit yourself to three or four meals a day, and don't eat when you're on the computer, watching tv, or reading a book. |
