There are 2 ways to know whats in your pill.  You check pillreports which isn't 100% accurate.  Or you get a test kit which is about 99% accurate. The powder is crystalline, doesn't press up, has that mad-intense taste. Once you take it you know for sure; thankfully the hippies in my area make plenty of clean shit. Obviously with pills its pretty much luck unless you know someone or have a testing kit; I've gotten lucky and had some really clean pills before that gave me the same high as molly, but most of the time I assume that I'm getting some form of speed with my roll when I get pills.
