Replies Xusk Posted at 3:44 pm on Nov. 25, 2008 Drugs tend to not turn into poisonous substances over time(like some people want you to think), they just degrade overtime especially when there not stored properly. I'd be careful abusing the stuff if there's Acetaminophen though, that stuff is worse then Alcohol on your liver. anc8469 Posted at 3:00 pm on Nov. 25, 2008 eh medication usually expires within a year.
