Drinking any amount on a "regular" basis is bad. It means you have a form of dependence on the substance. Therefore that leads to alcoholism. Your best bet is to start laying off slowly. Don't quit "cold turkey" or your body will go through a hard withdrawal, and that usually leads to a heavier dependence. The best thing to do is to get help before it leads to other things. Especially if you are getting ready to go to school. You don't want alcohol getting in the way of your education. |

| 12 ounces if I am not mistaken 1/3 of a litre. That's enough to get me rowdy on a good night... I don't fucking know how you can drink that every night. A couple nips of whiskey or vodka isn't bad for you on a regular basis but 12oz is bad. It'll get worse as you get older if you don't get your shit together. |

| It's a bad cycle with drinking. Soon you'll want more and depend on it. |
