i have been doing opiates for 2 years roughly about 1-3 times a week. sometimes i experience a great high nodding little to no nausea great mood and body high but other times i  get sick no euphoria and cant even lift my head or ill puke its with the same dose each time. for ppl who use opiates do u experience this how do u prevent it.

It can be a general side-effect of opiods, something that's uncontrollable.  Having a meal an hour before using can help, but don't eat too soon before using, because getting sick would be awful.  Since you're not a heavy/daily user, it's partially because you don't have much of a tolerance (which you don't want, anyways.), and are experiencing normal side-effects of opiates.  As for why it's not consistent, it could be because of the varying durations between uses.
