I don't recommend inhaling paint thinner at all. The buzz you're supposed to get is the result of a neuron holocaust in your brain. I wouldn't even classify it as a real drug. Don't let you and your brother get involved with inhalants; there are so many things wrong with them that they're not worth the trouble. Have him find some real drugs. Spend half an hour walking around in a downtown/inner city area and you're almost guaranteed to find someone who sells pot.

I would not call it a high. Quite unpleasant actually. I had to strip paint off of a truck once and got really intoxicated but it was awful.

You can get high from it. It'll murder a ton of brain cells. And probably damage your lungs.

this. It's definitely not good in the long term, his brain won't function properly, and I'm pretty sure it can cause respiratory failure.

There's a small possibility that his breathing could become restricted... If he's over 14, I would leave it.

Yes. It is also very flammable. It will make it extremely hard for him to breathe. He could aspirate and DIE. Get off the computer now and go get help!
