Neither of those poll options are appropriate. The legality of a substance doesn't explain how safe it is nor any of its other effects, nor is something okay because it's legal, or visa versa.
this isn't a poll for everyone it was directed at people who are generally anti-drug use so i didn't make poll results for a bunch of open-minded people, considering those people are rarely open-minded this has nothing to do with what is or isn't safe, either
It's basically just to troll since it's only going to show the ignorance of anti-drug users. Even in your topic post, leaving out the most popular abused stimulant makes no sense. |

it was just made illegal in my state, too but i have not ever seen any legitimate reason for it
Salvia divinorum is still legal in my state. But other states are quickly making it a controlled substance. Every week lately I buy about several grams of Salvia and just horde it (I probably have close to 100 grams by now; I still need to buy seeds and the Salvinorin-based alcoholic drink). This state is probably going to be one of the last ones to ban it, if ever. If you think you're afraid your state is going to ban it soon, I'd suggest that you try to horde it as much as possible before it disappears from store shelves. |

All of the poll options/ people suggesting that all recreational drugs should automatically be illegal are retarded.
Thanks for reiterating my whole point. |

Keep it legal. Salvia hasn't been found to be harmful at all, but the UK is still pushing for a ban on it. And I quote one of our MPs here: "The Australians have clearly found a problem with it (It's banned in Aus). There's obviously a risk in people taking it." I feel ashamed for him. I really do.
it was just made illegal in my state, too but i have not ever seen any legitimate reason for it i'm worried that similar things will happen with other things, like the ones i listed |

i was going to put one more, for people that it wasn't directed at, but my pinky hit the enter button i should break it for insubordination
It needs to be punished to the fullest extent allowed by law. |

Clearly I misunderstood your poll then, I just didn't like the second option. I don't think legal drugs are fine purely based on their legality.
