I've been a fan of k for a couple years now, it can be really interesting to the right people.  A lot of people are hit or miss with k because there really isn't that much recreational fun you can have with it unless you are experienced

first of all music like techno will sound great.  Words will tend to distract your mind from the music, or the music will take over the words, whichever way it happens, it does

there aren't a lot of exciting effects, it is a tranquilizer, but typically, once you insufflate it and wait a few minutes, you enter this dreamworld scenario type of mindset.  Now everything seems so peaceful, so tranquil, and the beat of the music is perfect for the moment.  It's a great state to go into for contemplation.

Another thing is that it will bring back memories, random memories pertaining to any situational moment you are in right now, and you feel like your brain is trying to associate the two, the past and what's here now into one.  When I look at the John Lilly articles on erowid on metaprogramming the soul I know he must be explaining this more in depth because it does have a very analytical side to it that can actually be really, really useful in your own personal growth and relationship satisfaction.  A lot of what k does is based around symbolism, you will see things and associate them with other things that do not appear to be the same but perhaps may have some stark similarities deep down inside.  That's why I think this pharmaceutical is great for writers, poets, artists, and the like, because it can bring about some extremely interesting ideas and associations you may have never made had you not been on k.

Of course I use with the intent of self-discovery, enlightenment, self-realization, whatever you want to call it.  It's not a dangerous drug at all if you know what you are doing and who you are buying from.

Stay safe and have fun!

I find it funny when people do too much and half of their face collapses and they keep dropping on the floor because they get jelly legs. fun in moderation though. you've gotta be kinda careful not building up a tolerance.

I've read about K. Being a dissociative, I don't have an over-whelming desire to try it. I have some experience with DXM, and I can understand a bit of how you describe the effects. Really hard to focus on anything. I hate that. Music may seem better, but it doesn't seem to me any better than if I were REALLY stoned.

I dunno. Since everything affects different people in different ways, I may just not have the body/mindset for dissociatives. I do know some who claim to explore their minds in the way one might with LSD or Psilocin, but I am definitely not one of them.

I use almost daily and I've found no problems whatsoever with my nose.

And of course overdose, please know your doses before you take them.

everyday seems a bit excessive, is it addictive?

It can be addictive in that if you have it, you will tend to want to use it.  But other than that, when I go off it, I am perfectly fine.  There may be some slight insomnia or brain fog but that's about it.  It's a lot like weed with regards to addiction potential.

k seems incredibly awesome. the things you mention are what i like about dxm but k doesn't last as long does it? i'm sure the body load is a lot less which would be cool as hell too.

damn there are vet clinics all around me yet i've only heard about k being in big cities here. places like cleveland, OH.

I really hope to experience a k-hole some day.

Woah, this might get deleted. Anyway, what are the obvious dangers of this drug? You said all the positives but the negatives can be just as if not more important.

I never really had an interest in this drug mostly because I know nothing about it and it's like a fear of the unknown. Plus the idea of taking a tranquilizer doesn't sound crazy appealing.

You could pick up some laced powder, or just a whole different substance in general, thinking it was k.  That's one, but that happens with a lot of drugs.  Usually with K, at least around here, it's picked up from a pharmacy or vet clinic so it's quite clean.

Another one is nasal damage, sometimes you may get some rocky stuff that you have to crush up, but it's not really a problem, I use almost daily and I've found no problems whatsoever with my nose.

And of course overdose, please know your doses before you take them.
