With a win today, Penn State secures a share of the Big 10 title, but, because they defeated OSU earlier in the season, they're guaranteed a trip to the Rose Bowl.  If Michigan State would have won, Ohio state would win the trip to the Rose Bowl. Instead, now, OSU has to battle with USC and Utah for a BCS at large bid.  Unfortunately for Utah, though, USC is guaranteed a spot, and they're far more likely to give a spot to OSU than Utah.
