I used to jog, do weights, press ups etc etc.

Recently I haven't been doing ANY. I haven't been motivated, how do I get motivated again?

Just think of how your body will look after getting into a good routine again.  And usually after you work out you feel like you've accomplished something, and that's usually a good feeling.
