| Go to a doctor/therapist. You will much prefer being able to cheer again and miss the rest of this season, then permanently injuring it, not being able to cheer ever again. |

| Depends on how badly the ligament is stretched and how much tissue damage is around it. If it's torn, don't expect to be able to cheer for months. Go to a doctor, don't try to cheer on an undiagnosed injury, it will just get worse. |

| Don't be stupid. Go to the doctor. Don't keep going, because a torn ligament could mean not being able to cheer again. |
