| build up muscles that will help you through faster but also you're core A LOT. The stronger your core the more accurate you will be able to throw because you will be able to stand more strait up as you are releasing the ball. Using a resistance band is great to build up strength in your shoulders but mostly just throw. The more you throw well the better, not just throwing but having a purpose and trying to hit spots and such. |

| empty a gallon of milk fill wid coins attach to pulleys and use that to strengthen arm |

| well work out your arms and upper torso regularly, and practice throwing at a target alot. eventually, you will start to get better and better, but it definitely takes a long time. |
