i been working at my job for more than a year. i have not got a raise or will ever get one, the pay is bad. but the only reason i am keeping this job because my most happiest memory takes place there and i do not want to quit because of that because it would hard knowing i am leaving it

If you need to make more money, and you can't here, but you know you can somewhere else, then you should quit.
