I'm thinking of applying for a job in customer service with an airliner but on the website it only states that I should email them with a resume. They never state that they require a cover letter, but should I send one in just in case? And if I do, how would I adress them by since they never mention their names or their positions with the company; they only left a email for applicants to sent their resume, nothing else. And have anyone work customer service before, I just want some advice on what to put on my resume to make it appear in a professional manner.
