My brother met the girl of his dreams at his job, they worked together and now they've been married for a year. I know that if we break up it might be awkward but really I'm not a bad guy who's gonna cheat or a guy who likes to hurt girls' feelings! I don't get it.

Other people can find it uncomfortable to work in a situation surrounded by people, especially if PDA is involved. Also, just because you won't cheat on her doesn't mean that a break up won't negatively effect the work environment. Having animosity is really horrible in the workplace. There are just so many things that can go wrong. It's considered bad etiquette and unprofessional. If you do it when nobody it watching though, or after hours, then it's cool!
