The application said they take about 40 days to call, its been almost 2 weeks in a half. . wtf. what should i do?  i really need to start working part-time. how did you get your first job?

My first job was Chick-fil-a, but it was easy to get on there because they were just opening. Even though fast food jobs pretty much suck, if you work there for a while then it's easier to get a different job because you at least have some working history. Failing that, just keep your eye out whenever you go past shops and stuff, looking in windows for ads etc or go in and ask pretty much everywhere.
