16 to move out, although you have to move in with someone who's over 18.

I have never heard of that rule, or can I seem to find it anywhere on the internet...

16 to leave but you have to be with someone over 18 or join the forces like the army or the navy ect.

I say 21 because most only go live on campus at 18

You don't HAVE to.
But you can get a job and move out as soon as you're 16.

You can legally move out at the age of 16. However at 16 you may not be able to find somewhere to rent and you will not be able to buy property.

The following two links may help you on this issue.

As for getting a job this link may be helpful.

At 16 you can get a full time job, but you will not get any minimum wage (the lower limit does not apply until 18 and the upper limit 21/22) and a lot of places tend not to employ under-18s.

16 to get a job.
16 to move out, although you have to move in with someone who's over 18. If you're planning to move out at 16, get your parents to pretend that you're estranged from them (they kicked you out). If they'll do that for you, you can claim extra benefits.

urgh, I'm staying home until I finish school. So I won't be out until 22 =\

I'd say normally between 18-21.

You can move out at 16, but not live on you're own.
You can get a job at 16, but it wont be proper or anything.
18, is the age you can move out and get a good job.

I don't think you have to move out at all... but I'm assuming it'd be good to leave at 18
XCyanideXLipsX Posted at 12:14 pm on Jan. 8, 2009
I'd say 18/21 years old...
