How strict are they? Would they bitch about me having a ton of music and videos uploaded, even if they werent publicly available? What about running TorrentFlux? I know a few people here have them (I heard about them on here) so hopefully someone can help.

You only pay for the bandwidth you use and they have great connections to the Internet. A normal hosting provider is not really the thing you should be looking at, they don't tolerate illegal files (such as copyrighted content) whether or not you intend to share them, because you are essentially making them available.
