Replies Secretlove Posted at 8:18 am on April 14, 2009 IMHO PHPBB is the best free one. It also has quite a big bunch of hacks and mods. If you want a full CMS based on phpBB I recommend Icy Phoenix. As for why etc, test them yourself, its a fairly personal thing which one you like.
