| Huh? What are you talking about Moridin? I work for a multi-million dollar ski resort as a web developer. All of our web designs start as photoshop mock-ups which we then code to match the look, often down to the pixel. It's like an outline for an essay, a sketch of an outfit for a clothing designer, or a blueprint for a building. We can't do without them, especially in situations where there is a designer and another person is the developer. You save time in the long run because your graphics are ready to go and are all in one place. It's also extremely easy to measure the design to create divs that are exactly the correct size. So stop being a tool. Ask anyone in the industry if making photoshop mock-ups is a "waste of time" like you seem to think, and I highly doubt you'll find anyone who agrees. |

Are you sure that is not just an image? If it is, you should learn what web design is for starters.
I know what web design is thanks. I'm hardly going to code this if it isn't perfect in photoshop first am I? And thanks all.
That is an image, not a web design. Period. Also, you shouldn't start with creating such a detailed image. It is a waste of time. Some kind of structure beforehand is good but if you are going to do a web design you should be coding it. Good luck. You will probably need it. |

| It looks ok, but it could be a bitch to implement into nice XHTML and CSS without using many tables, and tables are just wrong. See what its like without the more flashy graphical elements like drop shadows and complex borders. |

It's not bad, I don't like the size of the links though.
I actually had them bigger. Quote: from psychopathic doggie at 7:56 pm on Nov. 5, 2006
The black background behind the links look really out of place. Other than that it's good.
I'll change it now and see what it looks like. Thanks |
