So, I have a website with cPanel, but a different version of cPanel... When I make a MySQL database, I have to add users manually... What I want to do is make a registration system to where usernames are already added automatically... Pretty much a sign up form... How can I do this???

I would ask an expert, but they tricked me to get my IP address an IP banned me from all their websites... ¬¬

That would be a horrible idea.
A MySQL database is for YOU only.
Basically, you would allow people to install stuff on your site..
They would just have to go to www.whateveryoursiteisname.com/nameoftheMySQLdatabase

My first question is why? I don't think you really want a system that can create databases and users automatically.
