Put it in the dishwasher. Then put it in rice for a few hours to dry.

You can pop the keys off, carefully, and clean the area with rubbing alcohol. Or buy a new keyboard.
This, and use some bottled air, and blow all the dirt away! |

Have you tried letting it sit overnight? That's your best option since you don't want to buy a new one. Since you spilled something sticky, try prying the small key caps off of the keyboard with a flathead screwdriver to get better access to the mess. Don't remove the spacebar, the Enter key or other large key caps. (Take a picture of the keyboard layout, or make a quick sketch of it, before you remove any keys so you can put them back where you found them.) Then gently clean the keyboard with a wet cotton swab. Use either hot water or rubbing alcohol to get rid of the sticky residue. Replace the key caps after rinsing them and letting them dry. Let everything dry for at least 24 hours before plugging the keyboard back in. Hope this helps. -Daniel

Let it dry out and see if that helps. If the problem still occurs, you may have to take it apart to clean it, since coke syrup wreaks havoc on things like keyboards.

Use the onscreen keyboard, until you can get a new one. There is probably circuit board failure.
where is that at?

Unplug it right away, take it apart, carefully wash it, then let it dry. Electronic components only get damaged from moisture when there's power going through them. If you unplug it and wash it out, you can probably save it. Otherwise, the acid will from the soda will mess things up and the sticky sugar will be no fun.

Tip it over, let it dry. Pop the keys off that are sticky, and clean those. I have a similar thread going, I spilled juice on mine. Its a pain in the ass.

I suggest buying a new keyboard buuuut maybe put it near a fan and let it dry more or better yet clean it off with some soap and water because maybe it's still sticky.

You can was your keyboard in the dishwasher. I did it, the guide was in PCFORMAT. All you need to do is wash it in water and let it dry for a while.
