Are you sure you have the right drivers then? And that you extracted everything to a separate folder? (as in, if the installer for the driver is in compressed folder of some kind (zip, rar, 7z, etc), you extracted everything instead of trying to run it from there)

Ehh I have NO idea.. It;s in wordpad form though, the driver is.

You mean an INF file, and that means you probably don't actually have the whole driver.

Most digital cameras have some kind of USB connection, try doing that. Most of the time, you don't need drivers for a USB connection.

Anyways, care to give specifics on what happens when you try to install it? Just  telling us it doesn't work doesn't help one bit.

just says that it cant find the specific files to install.

didnt your digi cam come with software to install?

If it didn't come with a disk you should be able to download it from the camera's website. Although it should have come with one.

Macropiper Posted at 3:37 pm on Oct. 20, 2006
You shouldnt need a driver for your camera, but anyhow.

Assuming you use Windows, double click on the driver installation file and follow the instructions, and that is all there is to it.
