The problem is either the memory or corrupted data. As one member had suggested, try re-installing MSN and see if it works. If it doesn't, then this might be the high-tail time to upgrade your RAM. On other notes, its possible that its caused by a virus or spy ware. There are free scanners out there, so check it out. Cheers.
