How old is your computer? You have not given us anywhere near enough information to determine why it is running slowly, and therefore what to do to make it run faster.
well this tech at DELL did the remote control of my computer thing and just deleted a bunch of stuff and said its faster but its really not and im mad. its a year old.

online is ok but opening internet and frostwire and stuff is slow. one of the geeks here told me it was a hardware problem WTF DOES THAT MEAN

He/she probably meant that you have a slow processor/low ram and should upgrade. This would greatly affect response times and programs should run more smoothly.

well first, take all the progarms off there u dont need. then clean the inside of the pc. (yes it does help) then get more memory in it. and it should go faster.

Defragment the hard drive, clear off spyware and/or viruses, delete some non-needed files, upgrade hardware components, upgrade your Internet to something faster.

Sic a dog on it. A vicious dog. That'll make the bastard run.

Clearing all the junk off of it is a good start.
