Is there a site where I can download it or maybe buy the cd program. My computer is messing up alot and this is my best option. If anyone could help me I would really appreciate.

That’s where I got SP2 for my old computer- it came as a regular update. I recommend contacting your manufacturer, and/or see if you have the original CD.
