The receiver contains two plugs. a USB and a green mouse port. Both the keyboard and mouse have a 'connect' button underneath the device yet only the mouse works for some odd reason. I just plugged the USB into the back of my computer and it says that the receiver has been installed and stuff, yet I can't get the keyboard to work. However, I accidentally did press the Sleep button and my computer went on standby..so the receiver is catching the signal. Under the Device Manager, I dont have the option to enable the keyboard, but the mouse is automatically enabled. what to do?
