so how do i fix that???? EDIT: I went into the BIOS and USB Keyboard was enabled. so its not that. |

i dont have a software. i bought it off of a friend. he said he didn't receive a software for it. We tried it on his new computer and it worked so i dunno what's going on here. |

| try re-install the software for the keyboard and dont hit sleep mode that just might help |
