Seriously, I have no idea what could be causing the Jumper-Free settings to be disabled, other than corrupt/outdated BIOS, or non-compatible hardware. I may suggest If you cause damage to your processor get an Opteron 265 to overclock.  Somebody I know got the 1.8ghz up to 2.9ghz on stock cooling.
