| First thing to do is let the PC dry out for a couple of days then use a cheap USB keyboard, load your computer up and make sure everything is running fine. Then try the laptop keyboard and check if its working. If so no worries. If the keyboard does not work you will need a new one. These are extremely cheap, and some can be installed by you if they keyboard easily slides out, otherwise it will need to be done by a computer shop or the people you bought it off, they will probably charge stupid labour and service charges. UPDATE: If this was a serious spill you need to take appart the laptop and wash every component in distilled water, wait for it to dry then put it back togeather. |

| If your keyboard is fried, fear not, if you look at most laptop keyboards, they're basically one piece, and I'll bet no milk got to the really important stuff, and you'll just have to figure out how to get a spare keyboard and install it. Pester whoever made it if you can. |

| Flip it upside down so it can drain and dry. Do not be like my sister's friend and use a blow dryer. She melted her keys. |

| The milk probably shorted out the keyboard. If you turn off the laptop, and let it dry for like 1 or 2 days, it should work, if not, then you left it on too long, and there may be permanent damage. |

Giving it time to dry out usually fixes it.
Yeah, let it dry, if it still is screwed, take to some computer place like Geek Squad. |

i'd leave it to dry for a while and if it still doesnt respond, take it to a professional computer person. Once I spilt water all over a computer at school and it was fine. |
