Anyways, it won't let me log into many websites! Safari tells me it can't make a connection, but Firefox tells me it made the connection, but there was an interruption. OMG anyone know what I can do?

As im delete everything including the OS and use the recovery discs to reinstall the OS. Then parental controls will be gone.
