Can anyone give me the step by step instructions for downloading LimeWire, where to save it to, whether or not I need to unzip it(it comes down as a .bin file, and whether or not I need to compile it to get it to run.

Please help a Linux newby out.

Open a shell and cd (change directory) to the directory where you downloaded the installer. At the prompt type: sh ./LimeWireLinux.bin

Btw: It took a whole 2 seconds to get that off limewires website.
