Title says it all really. It's my birthday in a couple of weeks and i'm looking for a new pc to buy.

What it needs to be:
Fairly cheap - i'll have about £500 so that's the max really or a slight bit above.

UK website - i don't want to have to pay ridiculous shipping charges

Fairly high specs - i'm going to be using this for gaming so a decent graphics card / CPU are needed.

Desktop - No laptops wanted, i've already got one and i don't want another.

Screen and tower - i preferably want a screen aswell although i can probably get a cheap one.

If anyone could look and find me something that meets these things then that would be great thanks.

*Anyone fancy building me a PC?

Sam will build you one Aaron! A good price and good spec!

PS. Not another dell.

You're not going to get anywhere near your requirements without purchasing components to piece together. Even given that, with the screen included you'll be hard pushed to get a complete box.

I have no problem doing this, since I actually just worked up a computer for a friend in your price range. Give me a few minutes and I'll gather the parts on a UK site.

EDIT: Never mind you are looking for a pre-built.

Maybe?

Integrated graphics card so that's a no go.

I was considering the third one along on here though:

Alienware. They have a UK based website, and are gaming oriented at a bit above that - maybe £600. I think they may be customisable as well, so you might be able to bring that price down.

:)

The lowest alienware i've seen is £699 and that's before i'm even able to see what the thing can do.

you won't get anything for £500 that meets all that I don't think

have a look on Dell and PC World's sites
