Replies TheUnrealSlimShady Posted at 2:50 am on July 22, 2006 From what I have seen, Adobe Illustrator is great for making drawings like that. Photoshop can also do it, but it takes more work. Photoshop was intended to manipulate photos, whereas Illustrator is more useful for creating graphics. However, if you have a graphics tablet, you would not need any type of program, as you can directly draw onto a file, instead of having the computer create it.
