OK this is super weird.  I have MSN Mobile on my phone, it was working fine. I have the user and pass save to the phone so I don't have to enter it. It said a mobile upgrade was available so I downloaded it. I then went to sign back into MSN and it is saying "user does not exist or my password is wrong. " I have been using the same log in  credentials the whole time. I check online and my account  works on my computer.

Try changing your password on the computer and see if it makes a difference?
