The Rumor is a completely different phone. And to the OP: If you are eligible for the upgrade, you should be able to sign a new contract, therefore it would be $49.99. If they try to hassle you, give them hell. If you are persistent enough, you should get it for that price. |

| it depends, i had to pay 173.00 to upgrade to mine, with exsisting, but i have only been with them a year, and it is definately worth it!!! |
