I turned off my cellphone last night because I didn't want to charge it. And just a minute ago I turned it back on. It loaded up fine, until it gets to the last part with the bar.

Now it's just stuck with the bar fully loaded and Alltel on top! What the hell? It won't let me turn it off but how do I freaking fix it?

Take the battery and the sim out of your phone, check it is clean, then put the battery and sim back in, turn your phone on, it should be fine this has happened to me plenty of times.
