Ok, I'm looking for a way to download all of my facebook photos to my computer.

I do have Firefox 3.0 and wouldn't mind if it's an addon (I know of this one here but it's out of date). but if there's another way to do it, that is quick and easy for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I will reward points. ONLY if it works out for me.

OK, I'm not running FF 3, so i don't promise this will work, but never hurts to try.

I have made a change to that add-on (which i have used before and is actually really good) so i should now work for you.

You're a winner. :) That works perfectly! And it does exactly what I needed it to do.

I know you just pretty much fixed the coding and such in it to be able to work through FF3- I have only found one glitch... if you have FF3 set up so that FF3 downloader asks you every time for every photo where you want it to be... it will crash after a few or so photos.

Hmm, thats an odd one, perhaps i will get FF3 for my other machine and have a little look.

I'm thinking less clicking and such, guys. Downloadthemall... maybe. Will that only do the thumbnails or the larger view?

When the large picture is in view it will download it. But, this is about the same amount of time that would be used to "Save-As."

It's better than clicking a million and one times though. How long it takes to download.... is something I didn't expect it to be fast, whatsoever.

right click, "save image as..."?

It's not all that difficult.

espresso8097 Posted at 11:30 pm on July 22, 2008
There is DownloadThemAll

But with that you may end up also downloading the images used for links.

i guess our concepts of quick and easy are different, as that wouldn't take me more than 10 minutes
good luck

I said... "quick and easy."

I have WAY too many photos on there, as I seemed to have turned it into my personal photo storage.

Let's put it this way. I have 26 albums, most of them completely full (which the max is 60 photos).
