Perhaps.  Although the specifics depend on what malware the trojans downloaded, and whether the trojans were just "detected" or if they actually ran their payload, your friend's computer may or may not be infected. Most likely, if your friend's computer is infected, the malware that the trojan downloaded will attempt to spread.  If I had to guess, it will be through an e-mail vector, though a TCP/IP vector is not out of the question.   As for your router, it should be unaffected, as a router is mostly hardware.  People who use your wireless network may be affected by malware, but as long as they have firewalls (other than Windows Firewall), the risk is low.
