Ok so here's what it's wanting me to fill in:

Set up e-mail servers:

Incoming email server type
[then it has a drop down list and it's already on POP3]

Then it says Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server:
[there I have to type something]

Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name:
[There I have to type something]

then it has a box I can check and it the words beside it say: Outgoing server requires authentication

Just copy and paste the email in Hotmail/Live email.

No need to set it up

what program are you using and what email client are you using?

I'm replying to something on Craigslist.

I'm just using hotmail/live email. But I have to set it up on whatever that thing is.
