Hello

I bought a web hosting package months ago, it offers e unlimited storage, bandwith just about everything, i'm now hosting around 10 websites and they're all still super fast.

i've also got another site, this site im using as a backup for everything, i.e all my other sites data as well as music, videos pictures and work, oh as well as programs.

here is my question, i've got MP3s which ARE legal, i bought them. i've also got some movies and programs which are all paid for and i have the licsence to proove it, although i want to upload all of these to my website, however they are copywrited. so if someone downloads them all my sites can get shutdown, which i don't want.

although i have added disclaimers on my site saying they i have a license and they downloading is only permited by myself. i've also put a password on the site so only i can gain acsess.

so, if i upload these copywrited material i can't get in trouble right? as i've not made them public and no one can acsess them but myself. no one should ever find out anyway but my host, if some day they checked acounts.

could they close it all down? is what i want to do illegal?

I'm sure it's against the TOS and if your provider somehow finds them they can probs shut down your site and keep your money.
