Is there something I need to do after it's installed before it'll start working? Because it just keeps telling me that I still need to install it. It's driving me insane!

Replies BBallAsh23 Posted at 7:41 am on June 21, 2008 I believe you have to close the browser when you install it...  If it's Firefox 3 it changed your download directory location.  So change the download to Desktop.  Download Flash.  Close Firefox.  Install Flash. Then it should work.
