| Go to windows defender>tools>software explorer. Disable the programs you do not want to start up. |

that was what i was on.. but then espresso8097 said that if you press windows key and r you then type in msconfig.. it then let me disable it.. weird but hey lol thanks for your help 
Same thing only The Windows Key and R is a shortcut. 
well for some reason using the search thing, even when right clicking and saying administrator tools it wouldn't let me unclick the avast thing |

end the specific processes through windows task manater CTRL ALT DELETE Processes tab End the processes that belong to your startup apps, do this every time you start up. |
