Any help on fixing this please?

Replies Hoebag Posted at 11:09 am on Jan. 20, 2009 The COM surrogate and Rundll32 errors would not effect the video in anyway. If you are not able to play any media files like .mp3 and .mpg. I suggest you try using a different media player, uninstall whichever media player you are using right now, download something like Winamp or Itunes, either of these media players should run fine on vista.
