Data DVDs or movie DVDs? If you want data DVDs, Infrarecorder is nice, simple, easy, fast, etc. If you want movie DVDs, there's DVDFlick (which is actually quite annoying). Everything else costs money. If you want something really nice, there is always Adobe Encore. It costs a lot of money, but it is what movie studios use...
