I've heard from my fiance that you have to turn it on. I'm not sure. It didn't do this till my cousin downloaded a movie maker thingy. IDK where it's located or anything, help!

If that's somehow causing your flash to not work, you may have to uninstall it. All 4 previous replies displayed.
