I'm on my mother's laptop and both me and her have installed the flash player multipul times and now it still doesn't work. I've heard from my fiance that you have to turn it on. I'm not sure.

It didn't do this till my cousin downloaded a movie maker thingy.

IDK where it's located or anything, help!

You don't know where what's located, the movie maker thing? If that's somehow causing your flash to not work, you may have to uninstall it.
