I have a DVD that I made and my teacher wants to rip it onto his computer and be able to import it into iMovie.

I tried using Rip It and Handbrake--they would convert it but iMovie wouldn't import it.

1) What video formats does iMovie import?
2) How can I make it so that iMovie does import it?
--------Do I have to do some tweaking in Ripit or Handbrake, or is there another program?

Thank you!
Danny
