It's a weird one. It's kinda power-crazy. It randomly shuts off my internet when it feels like it, when it feels it's necessary it will restart my computer for me, locked me out of: Start>programs, I am no longer admin, Ctrl+alt+del has been restricted, it's hidden my C:/ and F:/ drive.

Pretty simple to remove (which isn't actually my problem come to think of it). My virus killer person man program kills it but upon switching it off and on it resurrects itself. Anyway I thought I'd run the virus program in safe mode and it's done. But, for some reason my computer isn't powering my monitor or keyboard prior to boot....  how do I fix that?
